I was retained in May 2021 to position LUMO as a solution to a topic dominating the national conversation: supporting working mothers and helping women create the support structures they need to thrive in work and in life. 

GOALS:

1. Introduce LUMO to working mothers aiming to balance work and motherhood
2. Position LUMO as a leader in developing policies and cultures that keep women in the workplace.
3. Position CEO Sarah Olin as a thought leader on what women need to thrive in work and in life

When we started working together, we were not planning on a complete rebrand. I’m grateful Lisa agreed it was time to update her branding and make her “why” and unique value proposition stand out. The case study below offers a closer look at the project.

The Senior Citizens’ Foundation of South Pasadena was referred to me after launching a website and social media channels. They wanted help with social media. In hiring me, they got a consultant who saw the big picture. In addition to creating a content strategy for their social channels and website, I recommended and helped to establish a signature annual event and implemented grassroots fundraising on social to introduce the Foundation to the community and expand its donor base. 

To support the launch of four new stroller wagon models, Keenz Stroller Wagons initiated a rebrand. To maximize the brand’s marketing budget, I offered to produce the company’s new brand video. I created the storyboard, recruited a filmmaker and models, and provided production support. My resourcefulness and laser focus on results saved Keenz more than $15K*.

eMinutes hired me in late 2021 to develop the SheMinutes initiative, an effort to support women launching businesses after losing jobs and opportunities during the pandemic. I developed the website copy and program materials, and identified potential program partners to support eMinutes’ efforts.
