Karie Reynolds is a deeply curious and creative communications strategist and connector committed to making a difference. Her career spans national account management, nonprofit fundraising, public relations, and integrated marketing, with a common thread: Karie’s ability to see the big picture and translate it into strategic, results-driven action.

Karie began her consulting career in public relations, working with clients including MGM Consumer Products, Burke Williams, and Burbank Town Center. In 2001, she identified an opportunity in the “Mom & Baby” market, creating highly targeted media campaigns that led to the launch of Grand Avenue Baby in 2005 and Grand Avenue PR in 2006. After selling Grand Avenue PR in 2011, she returned to direct client work, expanding her focus to messaging, integrated communications, and digital strategy as a fractional communications director for startups and small businesses.
Her consulting experience spans internal communications for Universal Television Entertainment, integrated marketing for a multi-brand e-commerce company, public relations for international companies launching in the US, and producing events and multi-channel awareness campaigns. Karie’s work combines curiosity, creativity, and a strategic approach to help clients achieve measurable results.
A native Californian, Karie grew up in Long Beach and holds a BA in Communication from UC San Diego. She lives in South Pasadena, enjoying life with adult children, activities she loves, and giving back to the community she's proud to be a part of.
