I was retained in May 2021 to position LUMO as a solution to a topic dominating the national conversation: supporting working mothers and helping women create the support structures they need to thrive in work and in life. 

GOALS:

1. Introduce LUMO to working mothers aiming to balance work and motherhood
2. Position LUMO as a leader in developing policies and cultures that keep women in the workplace.
3. Position CEO Sarah Olin as a thought leader on what women need to thrive in work and in life
